Donna Ecton is chairman and CEO of EEI Inc., which she founded in 1998. Ecton has been a member of the board of directors of CVR GP, LLC, a nitrogen fertilizer business since March 2008, where she chairs the audit committee. She has served on other public company boards of directors and numerous privately held companies and non-profit organizations.
