Sorority House Director

This is a full-time position with benefits that begins in August. Requirements include living in the house during the school year, being accessible in event of an emergency, overseeing physical upkeep of house, serving as hostess for social events, and maintaining policies.

Director of Marketing for Admissions

Responsibilities include - plan, organize, direct and evaluate all print and electronic marketing materials (promotional and informational) and communication strategies that support new undergraduate student enrollment.

Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities include project management, marketing planning and measurements, design and art direction, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM experience, and outside vendor management among others.

A Bachelor's degree and two to three years related experience and/or training is preferred.

Business Office Director

Responsibilities include the direct management of the business office operations and accounting functions. The business office functions include cash receipts, student accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Candidate must possess flexibility to handle a wide variety of assignments simultaneously. A strong working knowledge with enterprise software programs such as Ellucian Colleague or equivalent and Microsoft Office is preferred along with knowledge of Campus Loan Manager. Applicant must demonstrate excellent oral and written communications skills and possess strong leadership and management skills.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field such as Business or Finance and a minimum of five years of management experience at an institution of higher education is preferred.

Part Time Jobs (no benefits)

Part-Time Night Security Officer

Duties and responsibilities include secure buildings and maintain surveillance over College buildings and property. Respond to calls for service from students and employees and enforce College rules, regulations, and policies. The hours are 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Required qualifications include understanding of law enforcement, certified in CPR and First Aid (will train is needed), possess sound judgment, maturity, and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work unsupervised.

Dow Center Hotel Weekend Night Auditor

Hours for this night position are Saturday and Sunday 11:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Primary duties are to analyze and process the daily work of the hotel and conference center while handling front desk operations. Basic office skills, an understanding of general math, experience using a computer along with bookkeeping/accounting a must.

This person must provide excellent customer service, be able to multi-task, perform job duties with attention to detail, speed and accuracy and be a self-motivator who is able to follow directions thoroughly. The person also must be a team player and able to help in other guest services and housekeeping areas as needed. Individual must be able to work flexible start/stop times, including weekends, based on occupancy and customer needs.

Cook

This part-time position requires meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing lunch and dinner five days a week during the school year for approximately 40 people. Must have ability to work well with the house director in coordinating meals and events. Required qualifications include a high school diploma and two years’ experience in complete meal preparation; or an equivalent combination of education and training sufficient to perform the job.
