SITE: The Ken Herrick Outdoor Track & Field Complex, on the campus of Hillsdale College
SURFACES: The Ken Herrick Outdoor Track is an 8-lane, 400m, Mondo “Super X” surface- the same surface featured at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games! The Shot, Discus and Hammer circles are concrete pads. The Javelin runway is grass.
ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be received by Tuesday, April 22. Go to DirectAthletics.com to enter the Hillsdale “Gina” Relays.
ENTRY FEE: $300.00 per team/$600.00 for both men’s and women’s teams, or $25.00 per individual, whichever is less. A team consists of 10 or more athletes. Please pay entry fee at the Ticket Window, near the Main Gate, on meet day. A separate $25.00 decathlete/heptathlete entry fee will also be charged. Please pay entry fee at the Ticket Window, near the Main Gate, at the start of the event. See separate entry form (Heptathletes, Decathletes).
ENTRY LIMIT: 4 Individuals and 2 Relay Teams per event. Absolutely no exceptions, unless approved by Meet Director.
UNATTACHED ENTRIES: Unattached, club and open entries welcome -- $25.00 per individual, to be paid online with credit card at: DirectAthletics.com.
AWARDS: T-shirts to Individual Event Champions, Individual Event Runner-Ups and Relay Champions.
OUTSTANDING PERFORMER AWARDS: The Joseph Rubbo, Jr. Memorial Award will be presented to the Outstanding Male and Female Performers of the meet. Recipients will receive a plaque and have their name placed on a large commemorative trophy housed in the Hillsdale College Sports Complex.
SPIKES: 1/4” pyramid or less.
DRESSING FACILITIES: Available upon request.
SEATING: Athletes may sit anywhere, except on the football field.
PACKETS: Available on Friday in the Press Box at 3 p.m. and Saturday at 9 a.m.
FINAL SCRATCH PERIOD: Final scratches must be emailed to Andy Towne by Thursday at 5 p.m.
NOTE: Minimum measurements will be determined for ALL Field Events after the field size for each event has been set.
MEN'S DECATHLON: 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 23; 9 a.m. Thursday, April 24
WOMEN'S HEPTATHLON: 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 23; 10 a.m. Thursday, April 24
