Contact Center Downtown

The Contact Center, the College’s communication hub, handles nearly 100,000 incoming calls per year.

Located at 44 North Howell Street in downtown Hillsdale, the Contact Center handles nearly 100,000 phone calls per year. During the school year, the Contact Center employs 80 student workers. The Contact Center acts as customer support for the College, communicates with donors, and handles all event registrations and reminders.
