The Criminal Justice System

This is a special 1-credit course being offered next fall by Judge James Rogan of the California Superior Court. This course will emphasize the constitutional and procedural safeguards that start with arrest and proceed to a jury verdict. Subject areas covered in this course include criminal law, criminal procedure, evidence, and constitutional law.
