Biography

The subject of my studies is political philosophy, which is the study of the best form of government. In order to decide upon the best political order, the nature of man must be investigated—his rights, duties, and end. I study the great thinkers in literature and the history of political philosophy, who have addressed themselves to these investigations. I have written on democracy and its alternatives in the thought of Homer, Aristophanes, Plato, Rousseau, Burke, and others.
