We warmly welcome Dr. Diener and his family.”

“I look forward to joining Hillsdale College and the Academy as we continue to train up young men and women of virtue and character and lead the classical education movement nationwide,” said Dr. Diener. “I am excited to join the Hillsdale team and look forward to working with the faculty and staff to continue building the Academy as an exemplar of what K-12 education can and should be.”

Dr. Diener will replace Dr. Kenneth Calvert, who served for sixteen years as headmaster and will now focus on his work as associate professor of ancient history at Hillsdale College.
