HILLSDALE, Mich. — Hillsdale College graduates Colton Duncan (‘22) and Katherine Helmick (‘15) were awarded the Barry Foundation Scholarship, which grants full funding for its recipients to pursue graduate degrees at the University of Oxford.
Duncan majored in classics and international studies in business and foreign language. He plans to pursue an MPhil in Modern Languages at Oxford. Helmick majored in art and minored in Spanish. She will pursue a DPhil in Medieval and Modern Languages at Oxford.
“Hillsdale College is honored to participate in the competitive Barry Foundation Scholarship program. Our students are flourishing in their graduate programs at Oxford University,” said Kenneth Calvert, director of the Oxford program and professor of history.
