Hillsdale College Hosts Fourth CCA Seminar of 2019-20 Academic Year
Hillsdale, Mich – On March 1–5, Hillsdale College will host a Center for Constructive Alternatives (CCA) seminar entitled, “The Westerns of John Ford.” This fourth and final CCA of the 2019-2020 academic year will focus on the westerns of Academy Award-winning film director John Ford, and consider what they reveal about our country and ourselves.
Hillsdale College’s CCA is the sponsor of one of the largest college lecture series in America. Since the series began in 1972, more than 1,300 speakers have participated, including Ronald Reagan, Jeane J. Kirkpatrick, Steve Forbes, Kimberley Strassel, and Stephen Ambrose.
