Jacqueline Hanson graduated from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music with a Master of Music degree in viola performance and additional studies in string pedagogy with Mimi Zweig. She completed her Bachelor of Music in performance at the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre, & Dance. Jacqueline has performed with the Columbus Indiana Philharmonic, the Tanglewood Music Center Orchestra (Lenox, MA), and the National Repertory Orchestra (Breckenridge, CO). She also attended the International Music Academy-Pilsen; (Czech Republic) and the ENCORE School for Strings (OH). She currently plays as a member of the Ann Arbor and Flint Symphonies, frequently performing with the Toledo Symphony, as well. Jacqueline is an adjunct instructor of violin and viola at Hillsdale College and teaches privately in Ann Arbor, MI.
