Why I Chose Hillsdale – Crystal Schupbach

I applied to eleven schools before settling on Hillsdale. Despite the harsh connotation, “settling” is actually the word I would use to describe how I felt about choosing Hillsdale leading up to the May 1 deadline.

“Only at Hillsdale” is a pretty common phrase at the College. Sometimes said tongue-in-cheek and typically accompanied by either an eyeroll or a laugh. But it makes sense that a group of students who power through the same core classes, share professors, and live in such close community can relate to one another so easily.

Professing the Love of Motherhood

Students look up to their professors as a main source of inspiration and support while they’re away from home.
